Well it's all said and done, my "Halloween Hotties" run is finally over. :( I'd like to thank all the few folks here who purchased prints, you  definitely are what us pros call "true fans", so my hats off to you. Aside from word of mouth (which i will speak on later in this post) "Halloween Hotties" turned out to be a better success than I imagined, so this was a big motivator to get back to finalizing artwork for my own creator owned title for the VERY VERY near future.

A HUGE and special thanks goes out to the following who supported this project:

*My Girlfriend - who helped supervise this project from beginning to end.  She literally saved a ton of these from sucking horribly.

*Kelly Brown - who I worked with on a few projects before, offered a ton of color input and advice to make each image stand out more. His work can be found here -->[link]

*Shane Raychel aka :iconklowndogg: - who not only ordered prints, but went to horror forums and facebook posting links to this project along with writing up a very well written journal on it --->[link]

*xKalelxAE - from [link] - who helped promote this project through tweet

:iconthesilvermist: -who featured one of the hotties in one of her journals ---> [link]

*Michael James Aspinwall - who has been a longtime supporter of my old Halloween Myers work posted news about it on a ton of horror sites and FB pages. [link]

*Amiria Divine - who posted a link to her facebook model page about it

*Joe Orteza - who is not only my old art professor from grade school, but supported this project through facebook and word of mouth. [link]

*Donald Rose - who retweeted the hotties on twitter during the reveals.

*All the folks who left comments and faved them here and my Facebook Art Page - too many of you to point out but I've tried to reply to every comment all so thank you.

* All the new watchers on facebook who have joined during this madness.</b>

Prints of all the Hotties will be available until December 1, 2011!!! So if you still want any, decide before then.

If you want to see them return in new form next year....Simply go to my facebook page and make your voice known by liking this status  ---->

I'm aiming for big numbers here folks. I have over 930 watchers here and outside of favs, most of you are FRIGHTFULLY QUIET  ...I srsly cant wrap my head around it  (watch even this journal entry gets less than 2-3 comments soon after its posted, if any at all). 930 WATCHERS and hardly anyone says a word! As pathetic as this and my next confession sounds, if I didn't have a decent set of morals, knew I  wouldn't get my ass sued, or lose any kind of credibility... I'd put a stamp on all the work I'd post from this point on saying it's  "Marvel/DC or mainstream approved" to get you folks more verbal on here.

There are a TON of artists better than the next on here, hence trying to stick out can be a challenge that can be seen as next to impossible. But Deviant Art more so than usual comes off like one big art competition or "clique" at times where people nowadays more so than ever (not just with my work) are very apprehensive at spreading the word, or think they are "too good" to help/offer any kind of support if it doesn't have a reputable company backing it or the artist isn't already popular ...... the "every man for himself" mentality.   :unimpressed: Which all it does in the end is lead into a bad cycle of more artist and appreciators being even more apprehensive later on doing the same with others. It's not religion folks, it's art.  SUPPORT!

So to you 930 watchers, if you liked "Halloween Hotties" enough to see them return in new form along with a bunch of new hotties and homages to join in on the fun...Simply like this Facebook status below...it's not that hard :) ---->

For now the "Hotties" bid you all farewell and thanks to all who supported. While I'm turning out pages from my own webcomic, I'm wrapping up a comic for Heroes of the North and then working on a bunch of commissions from the folks who requested. One of which will probably put any piece of fan art I have in my gallery now to utter shame.

So more work will be posted soon. So until then STOP BEING SO DAMN QUIET and tell yo MAMA'nem about theMASman!!!

I'm glad they will be available until December! I was afraid you would end the availability on Oct 31st, and I don't get paid until Nov 3rd! After I pay all my bills and whatnot, I definitely intend to purchase some more prints! There are 2 that I definitely want, and 2 more that I may also buy if I have the funds!

Can't wait to see what you come up with next Halloween!

I don't have it yet! Now, before you start freaking out thinking the postal service lost the package, it is here. Just not HERE! I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day. I was asleep when the mailman came knocking for me to sign for the package, so he took it back to the post office and I have to go down there and get it. I have to mail a package out tomorrow, so I will pick up the "Hotties" package then.

I don't have a Facebook , but I may consider making one just to simply help you out lol And I'm also excited that the end date for the prints is in December :) Enough time for me to get some money together.

On a side note, I did tell my mama lol

I don't think the lack of comments means your work's not appreciated, it's just that with so much art to be seen on here at any given time, it takes something truly unique in the eyes of the viewer to comment on. Comments, or a lack thereof, doesn't mean anything with regards to the quality of your work. When there is a comment to be said, I'm sure it will be :relax:
