*****RULES & GUIDELINES*****-All work is sent to requester digitally (including hirez files) to conserve time and privacy. All work will come with my "MAS" sig integrated somewhere on the piece. So don't ask for one without.
-Regular commissions are NOT to be used for any profit you may hope to make.
Regular commissions cover NON-commercial use only. You may not make prints of my work to sell.
-You are free to use your commissioned piece as you see fit, for layouts, icons, and other non profitable purposes. You may NOT claim the piece as your own. I reserve the rights to the artwork and you may not make money from it.
WHAT I WON'T DRAW: • Unsolicited Logos/Brands
• Sexually Explicit Content (excluding TASTEFUL nudes)
• Art mocking or degrading to any: Gender, Race, Religion
social class, tragic event, and sexual orientation.
• Any other offensive imagery.
WHAT I WILL DRAW: Anything else not listed above.
As a courtesy, I request the following:• Since prices always vary depending on the request, pricing should be kept between myself and the requester.
• Promote my work or the requested commission I completed for you, whether it by: my name and site credit here on Devart (which I prefer more), bulletins/ journals or photo tags on myspace linking to any of my online profiles, or however else you spread the word.

*****PAYMENT PROCEDURE***** PAYPAL only at the moment ~ Payment must be transferred/made upfront first before I even begin working on your requests. This is to prevent any runaway incidents or the "I sent you the money by mail already" when you actually didn't big fish stories. Unless I get run over by a bus, you are guaranteed your request in a timely fashion.
